Meet info for website.  HQ's Horseshoe Inn and RV. 541-573-2034 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              541-573-2034      end_of_the_skype_highlighting or 866-834-2034 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              866-834-2034      end_of_the_skype_highlighting.  1 person $44.00, 2 persons 1 bed $49.00, 2 beds $59.00.  $5.00 per dog, n/c for birds.  They have 6 pet rooms.  Willing to put everyone on one wing so that we may use the grass area for a weathering yard.  They have 22 rooms total.  Would consider a reduced price depending on how many book and what condition rooms are left in.  They do have tile floors in half the room but do request as I suggested that tarps be used, and for hawks it extend up the wall so we have no mistakes.  I would like everyone to remember these are my neighbors.  Meet dates of course are Oct. 22,23,and 24.  We will be meeting at Glory day Pizza in Burns for the business meeting they have a meeting room that the door can be closed and is a large room.  Larry is doing long wing hunting grounds, I am doing rabbits and short wing hunting areas.  Ron K has also said that he would help get permission and scope out some areas also.  There will be a map of all the areas that we already have permission to hunt on.  Even though these will have prior permission all hunters need to check in if there is a house with owner in resident.  If you find a spot not on the map, please, go and make contact with the owner, if no one responds please leave the property, again these are neighbors who let those of us who fly our birds here hunt on their properties.	OFA meets are typically held: Summer meet is usually held in July. Fall meet is usually held in October. Winter meet is usually held in January.
