NEWEST REGULATIONS:
New falconry regulations & licensing. As of January 1, 2012, falconry is permitted at the state level in Oregon. OFA worked hard to help guide the New Falconry Regulations for our state! Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) is now our sole governing agency for falconry in Oregon.
